If you would like to apply for a place at Lexham Gardens Playhouse in Kensington, please complete the registration form and proceed to pay the fees of £130.

Your child will be added onto the waiting list according to the order of registration on a first come first serve basis.

Parents will be contacted a month prior to the term their child starts to complete and confirm their child’s registration at Lexham Gardens Playhouse.

To accept a place, a £500 deposit along with a full term’s fee needs to be paid before the child starts. The deposit is kept and refunded when the child leaves, provided the correct notice has been given. A full term’s written notice is required before the removal of any child or the deposit will be forfeited.

Parental Agreement Contract

The registration process will only be completed after the nursery confirms receipt of the form and the administration fee. Please allow 5 working days for a response.

I enclose an administration fee of £130.00 via bank transfer (non-refundable) with the registration form and Contract.

I will write my child’s name as the reference for the banking transaction.

I agree to upload or email the nursery a copy of my child's full birth certificate or passport copy so that they can process my registration.

I will also email the nursery proof of payment (a screenshot of the transaction is accepted). You will receive the payment details on your email after submitting the registration.

I agree to pay each term’s fee in advance and acknowledge that a term’s notice (in writing) is required for the removal of my child from Lexham Gardens Playhouse. In the event of my child leaving during the term, but without such notice having been given, then the fees for that term shall be forfeited along with the deposit.

Parents should notify Lexham Gardens Playhouse of any changes to these details immediately.

The Parents/Guardians agree to:

Pay all fees in advance. If fees are not paid 5 working days after the child starts, the parent will incur a late payment fee of £10 for each week after. Please see the invoice for the last payment dates.
Collect child on time (liable for a late fee of £20 if late after 2 warnings).
Inform nursery if the child is unable to come, or if you will be late to collect child or anything else we may need to know.
Provide for the child the following items as appropriate: change of clothes, gumboots, snack, nappies, wipes, nappy sacks, sun cream, and outdoor clothes suitable for the weather.
Be available to discuss the progress of the child at a date and time that is mutually convenient.
Notify the staff at the beginning of each day about any accidents or injuries the child may have suffered since last in the daycare, as we may need to record details.
